What kind of outfits do you offer?

We currently offer a curated range of designer kurti sets—crafted for festive occasions, pre-wedding celebrations, poojas, and special gatherings. Each piece is thoughtfully designed to balance tradition with modern elegance.

Are your outfits custom-made?

At this time, we do not offer customization. All our designs are pre-set in terms of color, style, and size, as listed on the website.

Who can wear your outfits?

Our designs are ideal for brides during their wedding journey (like mehendi, haldi, or pre/post wedding gatherings), as well as for bridesmaids, sisters, mothers, and friends of the couple. They’re also perfect for festive celebrations like Diwali, Raksha Bandhan, Karwa Chauth, and family events.

How do I choose the right size?

We provide a detailed size guide on each product page to help you find your perfect fit. If you’re in between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within India. We’re working on expanding to international locations soon—stay tuned!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order is confirmed, it typically takes 12-15 business days to be processed and delivered within India. International orders may take slightly longer. You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Since our pieces are part of a limited collection and made with great care, we currently offer exchanges only in case of size issues or defects. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.

How are your kurti sets made?

Every D&V outfit is designed in-house and made using quality fabrics, hand embroidery, and artisanal techniques. We focus on comfort, fluidity, and thoughtful detailing

What’s the best way to care for my outfit?

We recommend dry cleaning your D&V pieces to maintain their color, shape, and embroidery. Keep them stored in a breathable cotton cover, away from direct sunlight.

How often do you launch new collections?

How do I get in touch with your Customer Care Team?

Our Customer Care Team is always happy to help.

When will the Customer Care Team respond to my query?

Our Customer Care Team, will get in touch with you within 48 hours to help you resolve your query.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes! You can cancel your order only before the product has been shipped. All you have to do is get in touch with our Customer Care Team at the earliest, and they will help you out.

What do I do if my order is received in a damaged condition?

If your order has been damaged or tampered with, you can refuse to accept it and return it to the courier personnel with all of the original packaging intact. Please do report the incident to our Customer Care Team immediately.

What happens if the wrong product was delivered to me?

In an unlikely event that the product you received is not what you ordered, please contact our Customer Care Team within 24 hours of delivery.
They will help arrange for a reverse pick-up and ensure the correct order is delivered to you at the earliest.

What are the online payment options available on your website?

We accept all Credit/Debit cards and Internet banking service of all major banks.

Do you provide Cash on Delivery (COD) service?

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid through our secure online payment options at checkout.

My transaction failed, I received a payment gateway error message Please help.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused; this could be due to a technical glitch, please try again later. In case the problem persists, please contact our Customer Care Team and they will help you complete your order. If amount was deducted before the order was completed, please contact your bank for transaction reversal.

How do I report any suspicious activity during payment?

Please abort the transaction and inform our Customer Care Team immediately. You may also want to contact your bank and reassure safety of your account.

What happens if my credit/debit card has been compromised while making a payment online?

We do not store/retain any of your credit card information. If you suspect that your information has been compromised, please get in touch with your bank immediately.

How do I register?

You can register by visiting the Log In section. All you need to do is enter your mobile number and email ID; a verification link will be sent on your email ID, please click on it to authenticate your account. You can also log in with your Facebook or Google account.

Is there a reward program?

No, we currently do not offer any rewards or loyalty program.

You don’t have to register to shop at www.shopdandv.com, you can visit as a guest and make a purchase from our website.

How do I unsubscribe from your services?
